Upon reservation, you will be given a copy of the signed quotation sheet. Upon full downpayment, a Contract To Sell will be signed, with the notarized copy given to you after one week.
- The Deed of Sale is processed upon full payment of your property.
- The Property Titles are processed and delivered to you within ninety (90) days from the time the Deed of Sale was notarized.
- The Tax Declaration is issued one month after the transfer of the property to the Buyer's name.
- Official receipts are issued every time a payment is made (i.e., downpayment, monthly amortization)
