Important:
- Parking price per slot is Php 550,000.00 (Php 10,000.00 - Reservation fee).
- Availability and prices of the units are subject to change without prior notice.
- The Total Contract Price (TCP) is exclusive of Other Charges and VAT, if applicable.
- Failure to pay the the Downpayment (DP) as scheduled for more than 30 days after payment of Reservation Fee (RF) shall give SM Development Corporation (SMDC) the right to cancel the Reservation Application (RA) and forfeit the Reservation Fee (RF).
- Late payment of the Monthly Amortization (MA) shall be charged a 3% penalty per month or a fraction of the month.
- Only complete requirements with full Reservation Fee shall be accepted. Transfer of reservation from one (1) unit to another shall be charged a fee of Php 3,000.00.
- For 10 and 15 years monthly amortization under BDO Financing, interest rates for 6 to 9 years and 11 to 14 years shall be adjusted at the prevailing market rates annually.
- Only SM Development Corporation Official Receipts (OR's) duly issued shall be recognized. Payments made / entrusted to Agents, Brokers or Sales Managers shall be the sole responsibility of the buyers and shall not be recognized as valid unless receipted with official SMDC receipt.
- The owner / developer reserves the right to correct the figures appearing herein in the event errors are discovered at anytime.
- All payments should be made payable to SMDC, SM Development or SM Development Corporation only.
